Grand
Opening festivities for the new park complex will take place on
Saturday, August 29, beginning at 10am. Following the
ceremony, there will be a day full of activities, music, food

:: Turf Arrives!
The
Desso Pro Grass turf has arrived from Belgium, via the Port
of Houston. Thank you Reggie, Colin and Julian for
safe delivery! Installation professionals from
Tennessee will arrive later this week to begin installation.

The
four Musco light towers have now been raised. Thankfully
there were no complications during excavation of the
foundations. The lights will go live for testing during
the week of July 14. |

:: Volunteer Day
Under
the direction of Mark Dzubay, a team of 12 community volunteers
came together on Saturday to work on the electrical
infrastructure of the park. The group mounted panels,
pulled wire, filled trenches...and enjoyed lots of laughter! |
